Abstract.
The article summarizes the experience of reading a new course "Fundamentals of engineering creativity" in MADI in the light of the requirements of the trends in the preparation of highly qualified engineering personnel. The feature of the course allowing students to feel the need to develop their own creative activity. Also analyses the possibility of problems due to this discipline to contribute to the formation of professional creativity of graduates.

Calculated effect on the required traction power for single-track transport facility parameters such as mass, velocity, and acceleration. Abstract.
The article deals with transport problems in Dushanbe, gives data on the growth of the number of vehicles, indicating the processes of active motorization of the urban population. The development of mass passenger transport is seen as one of the ways to improve the urban transport infrastructure. Statistics of traffic accidents of vehicles are given because of technical malfunctions.

Abstract. A stochastic transport model is considered. Behavior of traffic flow is modeled by particles movement on a one-dimensional lattice. There are different types of particles. These types correspond to vehicles with different velocities. A formula for the average velocity of particles has been found.

Abstract. The paper describes a method of rational distribution of buses on the routes of movement taking into account their age, operating conditions, condition of production-technical base of motor transport enterprise and staff. Confirmed the hypothesis about the individual character of variation of indicators of technical and operational properties city buses, and volume changes with aging rolling stock. The result of the research developed a number of practical measures to improve the efficiency of use of buses by means of engineering service bus of the enterprise. Due to the rational distribution of buses on the routes of movement taking into account their technical and performance properties and the complexity of the route is achieved and operating costs in the range of 3.5 percent. The effect appears due to the unique Gating of individual indicators of technical and operational properties of each bus to the requirements and individual settings for each route of rolling stock.

Abstract.
In the article the estimation of effective application of the basic methods of decrease in toxicity of transport diesel engines. It is shown that the greatest effect of the application of Miller cycle to reduce NOx emission is achieved by use of EGR. Abstract. Ultrasonic surface-plastic deformation is an effective way of forming properties of the surface layer of the workpiece. Currently, in the literature practically there are no data on the influence of frequency fluctuations on the efficiency of the process of hardening. The article presents the results of studies on the influence of frequency of ultrasonic strengthening processing associated with the indenter on the roughness and microhardness of the treated surface.

Abstract.
The paper presents the results of the analysis and systematization of the reasons of modern cars crankshafts failures. The scheme of the physical metallurgy complex application is shown for crankshafts investigation. The example is discussed of some causes of the crankshaft destruction examination on the basis of the hardened zone structure specifics analysis and of the characteristics of their stress-strain state.

Abstract. The results of the investigation of the triple system of thiourea–monoethanolamine–water at 25°C by isothermal solubility, densi-, refracto- and pH-metry are presented. It was found that thiourea interacts with monoethanolamine to form a double thioureamonoethanolammonium compound, which corresponds to the molecular formula N2H4CS · NH2C2H4OH. The detergent and anticorrosion properties of the aqueous solution of the obtained compound of different concentrations were studied. It is shown that thiocarbamidemonoethanol solution is an effective detergent and anticorrosive fluid, which allows increasing the durability of parts and components of vehicles.

Abstract. The purpose of the experiment was to determine in conditions of the physical picture of flowing fluvial processes on the model inlet career. The primary task is the study of the relationship between the form of the longitudinal profile of the free surface flow (in particular, the possibility arose drops at the inlet and outlet of the quarry) and channel reconfigurations. Directly studied the deformation on the bottom section of the pit, above and downstream in the process of sedimentation. Carefully the check was performed, which displayed considerable quality conformity theoretical hydraulic scheme of calculation of deformation career channel real physical processes observed in the extraction of inert materials in rivers.

Abstract. The article deals with the regulation of metering class performance, using as manipulated variable speed of the belt conveyor weighing. The possibilities of expanding the technological features combined dispensing system through the use of adaptive algorithms that eliminate random errors in the management process, as well as the ability of technological facilities to adapt to the environment and function when the degree of its uncertainty changes.

Abstract. The article considers the Vehicle Routing Problem and the main existing methods of solving problems of different complexity and dimension. This paper contains characteristics of the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows and the heuristic procedure for constructing routes based on the generalized assignment problem.
