THE EFFECT OF ADDITIVES ON THE PROPERTIES OF THE OIL IN THE CAR EN-GINE

Abstract.
At the present time specialized agents for motor oils are used in the maintenance of automobile engines. It is a topical question about the effectiveness and use of agents. The article investigates the most known agents to motor oils for the car engine, their influence on the properties of the standard motor oil and the improvement of the pressure characteristics. Considered ways to reduce the size and stabilize the conditions of friction, reduction of corrosion-mechanical wear through the use of multifunctional agents for motor oil. The classification of agents and their functions is given. The analysis of the most common manufacturers of agents to select the optimal agents depending on the mode of operation of the vehicle. The example of hardening of surfaces of details of the engine of the car by application of multifunctional additives to motor oil is given. The operational characteristics of the car with the use of multifunctional agents, the results of tests of the car engine with the use of specialized additives to the engine oil are analyzed. The classification of the main modes of operation of the engine and the features of its operation in these modes. Recommendations for the selection of multifunctional additives to the engine oil of the car engine for different operating modes have been developed. On the basis of the conducted research the conclusions about the need for the use of specialized additives to the engine oil for the car engine are formulated.

FEATURES OF SAMPLING SELECTION OF PAINT-AND-LAQUER VEHICLE COATINGS

Abstract. The article focused on the questions concerning to sample selection and preparation methods for carrying out research on vehicle coatings. The analysis of special cases of coating samples preparation was described, as well as gave recommendations for conducting researches of paint-and-lacquer vehicle coatings. Since today there are no uniform recommendations on how to select and prepare of paint-and-lacquer coating samples for laboratory research, a researcher making a sample should always be aware of the problem and the questions asked about the quality of the paintwork. In the article also describes: some aspects of the preparator7”y phase before taking a sample; errors arising from comparison with reference samples; features of sampling in violation of the interlayer adhesion of the paintwork and features of the selection in case of damage to the upper layers of the paintwork using the example of turbidity of the upper layers, as well as errors appeared due to incorrect sampling. Well conducting and correct selection, as well as the preparation of samples for laboratory research to determine the causes of defects on the vehicle paint-and-lacquer coatings, are important aspects affecting the reliability of the information obtained during the experiments.

EVALUATION OF THE RATE OF MOTION IN FREE CONDITIONS FOR DETERMINING THE LEVEL OF SERVICE OF TRANSPORT FLOWS ON SEGMENTS OF URBAN STREETS AND ROADS

Abstract. Models for estimating free-flow speed were analyzed, including the model of the HCM 2010 road capacity guidelines and the model proposed by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), and it was concluded that GLONAS/GPS tracks can be used to assess the quality of traffic management. Based on the tracks coming from the on-board GLONAS/GPS vehicle equipment, the speed of traffic on the segments of the street and road network of the city is estimated. Dushanbe. The regression equations for 156 segments of the road network are obtained, where the dependent variables are the vehicle speed and the regressors are the specific traffic intensity (car/h per lane) in the segment in the direction of traffic under consideration. On the basis of the obtained data on free movement speeds, a cluster analysis was performed and five street classes with given ranges of speed values in free conditions were obtained. The obtained representative data allow to scientifically substantiate the application of GPS and GLONASS to study the speed of movement and to assess the conditions of traffic flows on the segments of the UVS.

APPLICATION OF SEMI-CONTROL SUSPENSION WITH CONTROLLED DAMP-ING

Abstract. The problem of control of suspension characteristics to improve of ride comfort and dynamic stability of the vehicle is considered. The article provides a brief summary of the existing types of controlled vehicle suspension and common control algorithms. The paper deal with relay control of damping in suspension. A quarter-car model with nonlinear characteristics is applied for simulation of vehicle vibration from stochastic road roughness. A suspension with on-off damper is considered in comparison with passive suspension system in terms of ride comfort and dynamic stability of the vehicle. The simulation of vehicle vibrations, excited at different road roughness has been done. The efficiency of different control algorithms for improvement of ride comfort and dynamic stability are estimated. The criteria are based on the dispersion of the evaluated parameters. The appropriateness of use of controlled shock absorber with nonlinear damper characteristic is considered.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF A VEHICLE OPERATION

Abstract. In order to reveal full potential of a car, it is necessary to evaluate its operation efficiency against a whole range of quality indicators. At present, regulatory framework demands vehicle features correspond to reliability standards, ecological and design safety norms throughout entire life cycle. That is why, the system of car operation quality should have quality metrics of its own at all the stages - engineering development, operation itself, and finally, scrap page. Accordingly, car characteristics which are the part of quality system must correlate with the changing operation environment. Meanwhile, today, as usual, while calculating quality of operation activity for one particular vehicle as well as for the car park, average change rates are employed. The novelty of this research is that the hierarchy of aims and sub-systems of car operation management, in addition to traditional complex quality criterion – vehicle reliability, is supplemented with other criteria such as: ecological and design safety. Besides, this article proves rationale of using iteration method, which takes into account the dynamics of changes within criteria depending on exploitation environment.

THE INTERACTION OF THE RAILWAY CRANE WITH THE SUPPORTING SURFACE OF THE RAILWAY TRACK

Abstract. The interaction of the railway (railway) crane and its supporting base, which is the side of the roadway of the railway track, is considered. The creation of a rheological model of the soil and a numerical model of a railway crane, corresponding in its characteristics to a real prototype - EDK 500/1, is described. The adequacy of the numerical model is confirmed by the satisfactory convergence of the values of the reactions of the outriggers of the model with the passport reactions of the EDK 500/1 railway crane. The rheological model of the soil is a set of interrelated elastic elements (springs) and viscous elements (dampers); As a basis for the mathematical model of the soil, generalized coefficients of elastic uniform and non-uniform compression, as well as an elastic non-uniform base shift, are used to solve problems on the oscillation of rigid massive foundations. The adjustment of the created numerical model of the “railway crane - soil foundation” system is carried out according to the system of differential equations of forced oscillations of the “machine - foundation - foundation” system. According to the results of the analysis of the dynamic interaction of the crane with the ground surface, the time dependence of the stress-strain state of the soil massif and the elements of the suspension platform (special railway platform) of the crane during rotation of the turntable, taking into account the flexibility of the base, is determined VAT of objects of study is determined by the finite element method in the Simulation functional of the SolidWorks software.

TO THE EVALUATION OF TRACTION-SPEED CHARACTERISTICS HIGH-SPEED TRACKED VEHICLES

Abstract. In article on the basis of sources of information of free access the analysis of the main traction and high-speed data of high-speed tracked vehicles (BGM) is carried out. Considered necessary to map the parameters of the HMD (tanks), with close to maximum speed (60 km/h). The focus is not on weapons systems, armor protection and other parameters and properties of BGM, and their power, speed and weight characteristics. Examined the power characteristics that affect the function of speed BGM. Influence on this function of the system of suspension and the probability of lateral drift of BGM when driving in a turn are the task of independent research, so they are not analyzed in the article. In addition to assessing the statistical parameters of the main battle tanks (MBT) of the United States, NATO and Russia: M1 "Abrams" (USA), AMX-56 "Leclerc" (France), "Leopard 2" (Germany), C1 "Ariete" (Italy), and T-90 (Russia), from the standpoint of qualimetry calculations were performed, allowing for a numerical comparative assessment of the traction-speed characteristics of these BGMS.

MODEL OF CHANGING THE OPERATING LIFE OF THE FUNCTIONAL MACHINE SYSTEM TO OPTIMIZE REPLACEMENT INTERVALS OF THE SUPPORTING SYSTEM

Abstract. In paper the approach to determining the frequency of maintenance for machines by preventive replacement of the supporting system, which can function in the presence of a latent failure is proposed. The use of a faulty supporting system worsens the working conditions and reduces the operating life of the functional system of the machine. The equations for estimation of probability of using a faulty supporting system at different intervals of its replacement are revealed. It is assumed that the failure of the main system is the result of the accumulation of irreversible damage during the operation time, when in each work cycle of the main system receives damage of two levels. By applying the linear cumulative damage hypothesis the dependence for operating life of main system was obtained. Relations for optimization of frequency of replacement of the support system are revealed. The minimum amount of average specific costs for eliminating failures of the main system and for preventive replacement of the support system is accepted as criterion of optimization. The model of changing the operating life of the functional machine system considered in the paper can be applied to adjust the existing modes of preventive replacement of the support system. The model can also be used to substantiate performance indicators and limiting state criterions of the support system that is necessary to determine its reliability function.

DETERMINING THE OPTIMAL CONCENTRATION OF FILLER TO CREATE A POLYMER COATING OF THE WORKING EQUIPMENT ROAD MACHINES

Abstract. The basic properties of polymer coatings for the treatment of internal surfaces of the working equipment of road machines are considered. It is shown that the coatings for the working equipment of road machines must have good adhesion to the material of the working bodies and have stable anti-adhesion properties to the working media. As a filler for organosilicon polymer coatings it is proposed to use graphite powder. It is shown that the concentration of graphite in the range of 5-20% does not reduce the adhesive properties of the polymer coating. The results of experimental studies to determine the optimal concentration of graphite powder in the polymer material, providing the best anti-adhesive properties to the working media. The studies were carried out at positive (+20°C) and negative (-20°C) temperatures for the most common working environments: dry and raw ground mixture, clay, ground mixture with anti-icing reagent and construction sand. Assessment of the degree of adhesion of working media to polymer coatings with different concentrations of graphite was carried out visually on a five-point scale. It is shown that the anti-adhesive properties of coatings with graphite filler vary depending on the ambient temperature. It was found that the best characteristics are provided at 15% concentration of graphite in the polymer coating.

Abstract. The article deals with the results of theoretical studies to justify the rational parameters of the working equipment of advanced engineering-road machines created for units of the Land forces. The analysis of productivity of the working equipment of machines depending on various factors is carried out. The dependence for determining the performance of a bulldozer equipped with openers is clarified. The dependence that allows to determine the maximum possible height of the bulldozer blade on the condition of a sufficient viewing angle of the driver is developed. Consider proposals for equipment, road machinery three-piece strelovym equipment in connection with specified dependence for determination of coefficient of stability of the machine when working an improved excavating equipment. The dependence is developed to determine the maximum forces arising in the elements of the boom equipment at the highest loads. The analysis of the interaction of crawler tracks of road-earthmoving machines with the ground, resulting in proposals to improve the chassis of the base chassis. The main directions of improvement of the working equipment of perspective samples of road-digging equipment depending on the purpose are analyzed.

ANALYSIS OF ECONOMIC PREREQUISITES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGIES FOR PROCESSING ROAD SURFACES

Abstract. The article identifies the problem of increasing the need for mineral materials in the field of road construction. The methods of obtaining mineral material such as mining, import of materials and recycling are analyzed. Information on use of production capacities of the organizations on release of separate types of production for construction activity, production and import of construction materials, construction cars and the equipment is provided. The dynamics of changes in the length and density of paved roads are presented; dynamics of extraction of mineral materials and development of stone quarries; industrial production of binders and other materials based on them; dynamics of the number of operating organizations for the extraction of minerals; dynamics of production of machinery and equipment for mining and construction; as well as the dynamics of production of aggregates of vehicles. The comparison of key indicators in the fields of construction of coatings, production of materials, production of mechanization, and the advantages of technologies for the secondary use of mineral materials before extraction and import, on the basis of which the economic prerequisites for the development of technologies for the processing of road surfaces and equipment, carrying out these technologies, on the basis of which the relevant conclusions.

THE USE OF PROTECTIVE STRUCTURES DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SHALLOW TUNNELS UNDER BUILDINGS

Abstract. Methods of construction of tunnels using protective structures under existing buildings are considered in the article. Protective structures may consist of beam or slab floors, piles or columns, as well as other structural elements. Protective structures outside the building are constructed from the slurry wall or bored piles, and protective structures, which are located inside the building, are constructed from micro piles. The load from the building is transferred to the protective structures after their construction, and the tunnel is built with usingclosed construction method under the existing building. Examples of successful foreign experience in the construction of tunnels using protective structures in Germany and Switzerland are given in the article. For example, protective structures are used for the construction of underground tunnels or subway stations in urban conditions under existing buildings. This is evidenced by the successful experience of the use of protective structures in Hamburg, Munich, Dusseldorf and other cities. Recommendations for the effective use of protective structures are given in the article on the example of foreign experience.

SNOW SHEDS. PROBLEMS AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

Abstract. The paper presents the rewiew of newly built snow sheds in the Russian Federation and Georgia. The most difficult avalanche-hazardous section of the Transcaucasian highway, the unsuccessful experience of the avalanche gallery on this section and measures to eliminate the effects of avalanches аre considered. Engineering solutions of the beam snow shed on the federal highway R257 “Yenisei” and arched snow shed of ViaCon steel corrugated structures on the Tsalka-Akhalkalaki section of the Marabda-Akhalkalaki railway are demonstrated. The latest domestic and foreign developments in the field of designing avalanche galleries, such as avalanche devices of a section of a mountain road bounded by two avalanche-dangerous slopes; avalanche heated device; snow shed with a C-shaped retaining wall and a “springboard” in its upper part; an arched snow shed of a closed type and an arched snow shed with a protective embankment; viaduct snow shed are presented; the author also assessed the scope of these structures.The author identified the need to update the current regulatory and technical documentation for the design and application of snow shedwith current conditions. Perspective research areas were identified including the possibility of using new materials for the construction of protective structures using foam glassfor example.

MODERN METHODS ОF REDUCING DEFORMATION IN BRIDGE APPROACHES

Abstract. The article presents the existing problems with the evenness of the carriageway due to the decrease in subsidence and sediment of embankments within the approaches to the bridges. Such a phenomenon is a complex technical task, the solution of which requires a complex of special events and studies. The article provides a brief description and review of modern methods, widely used in the international practice of road construction to reduce subsidence of embankments. These include ways to improve the design of mating abutments with an embankment when using integral abutments instead classical transitional slabs, ways to improve the properties of base soils using geosynthetic, sandy and soil is sandy drains, pile pile grillageand ways to improve the properties of the embankment soils using the embankment reinforcement, voluminous geogrids, foam polystyrene. Authors conclude that some of the methods are insufficiently studied and require additional research, which are currently being conducted at the department of bridges, tunnels and building structures of MADI. Based on these studies, specialists determine the methods that can be recommended for the implementation of bridge projects in Vietnam, even in Russia.

Abstract. The article contains key provisions relating to current and current views on the digital transformation of the process of carriage of goods by road. Since digital transformation is one of the strategic directions of development of the country, defined by President Putin of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to consider all significant transport processes within the framework of their digital transformation. Digital transformation is an integral part of future changes, not only in the field of transport activities, but also in the field of the national economy of Russia as a whole. Today, our country is very important to keep up with global trends in the field of high technology, which includes digital transformation. Without digitalization, the country's transport enterprises will hopelessly lag behind in their own development and will not be competitive due to the use of outdated and inefficient technologies. It is necessary to keep up with the times, while not replacing the “digital transformation” with a simpler process - “digitizing”. Only a complete understanding of the essence of digital transformation in the framework of the carriage of goods by road will help determine their right direction of development.

DEVELOPMENT OF LOGISTIC MONITORING SYSTEMS OF COMMODITY FOR INTERNATIONAL AUTOMOBILE TRANSPORTATION

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of existing sources of statistical information on international road transport and the development of the logistics monitoring system of commodity circulation in international road transportations. The existing mechanism of statistical data collection is considered, the forms of reporting and their content are analyzed. The algorithm of generation statistical information about international road transportations in public authorities is considered and we have analyzed, is this information useful or not for development international road transportation industry. Documents, which accompany international road transportations, are analyzed for their using like source of statistical data. We propose a new method of collection statistical information by processing of submitted customs declarations, which contain all necessary information for monitoring of commodity circulation, by means of which we obtain information about characteristics of the transportation process. The choice of logistic data source is argued and we propose directions for the development of logistic monitoring system, which aimed at analyzing of commodity circulation in international road transportations.

THE METHODOLOGY AND RESULTS OF VERIFICATION OF EMISSIONS OF GREENHOUSE GASES BY MOTOR TRANSPORT

Abstract. The article provides an overview of the data mining/machine learning model to estimate GHG emissions from the vehicle TRANS-port and verify the results. Particular attention is paid to the assessment of GHG emissions, as not only data available from official statistics, but also data on current and potential measures and policies adopted at the state level aimed at reducing GHG emissions by road are used to estimate the volume of generated emissions. The methods of machine learning presented in the article are aimed at improving the performance of the algorithm for estimating GHG emissions, followed by the analysis of the used variables to determine the sensitivity of the input parameters of the model and reduce the error in the verification of the obtained results. It should be noted that the model proposed in the article for estimating GHG emissions using machine learning methods is dynamic in nature, the input parameters can be changed or modified to study the problem of verification of the resulting emissions. The article notes that the algorithm of multiple linear regression increases the efficiency of predictive estimates of GHG emissions by road transport-compared with traditional models.

Abstract. The article emphasizes the importance of improving the technical and organizational level and ensuring sustainable financial condition of the transport industry to ensure the competitiveness of Russia, the impact of transport services on the most important aspects of the state development, as well as the importance of accelerated introduction of digital technologies to improve the quality of transport services. The main problems of the transport industry, which in the first place include: insufficient investment in rolling stock and innovative projects, are revealed; the low level of financial and economic indicators of the transport industry; organizational, methodological and financial unavailability of many enterprises of the transport industry for the implementation of innovative projects, etc. Considered the possibility of resolving many of them using digital technologies in order to implement the adopted on this issue of legal acts, Programs and decrees of the President. The authors assess the main digital investment projects implemented in the transport industry in terms of their impact on the financial performance of enterprises. The importance of establishing a business risk management system based on the information base and using modern methods of data processing, forecasting, evaluation and analysis is emphasized. The possibilities and risks of using cryptocurrencies and technologies of the distributed register, allowing: to replace intermediaries between users of currencies; to reduce transaction costs; to provide simplicity, speed and safety of cash payments; to use online platforms for investment of temporarily free funds in financial market instruments, are revealed.
